Jaipur| The deepening financial crisis in the state of Himachal Pradesh is in front of everyone’s eyes. The newly formed government is trying its best to solve this problem. Not just the government, but also the children of Himachal are aware of this crisis and are making efforts to get their state out of this. One of these children is Krishna, the elected child MLA from Gagret. In the Himachal Pradesh Vidhansabha “Baal Satra”, he presented his suggestion in detail. He urged the government to find out new possibilities in tourism, which would help generate revenue for the state .
He told that the biggest part of the state’s income comes from tourism. Even then, only a few selected areas have been developed in the name of tourism in the state which are –Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Spiti, Kasol and Malana . He asked if there is any chance of developing the rural areas of the state as the beautiful villages of Himachal can also attract tourists .
Not only this, along with cultural tourism, Naturopathy also has a vast scope in Himachal. These possibilities also include adventure sports like river rafting, kayaking and paragliding. He urged the government that these efforts should be made to improve the financial condition of the state.
Priya Sharma, co-founder of Digital Baal Mela, said that the issues and suggestions raised in the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Children’s Session were the views of the children. Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Mr. Harivansh, who was present as a special guest during this session, appreciated this initiative and said that such Baal Satras should be organized in every state, so that children do not consider politics only as a political party, but they also participate in it.
