Jaipur| A historic Baal Satra was organised under the campaign “Bacchon Ki Sarkaar Kaisi Ho?” Under this “Baal Satra” 68 child MLAs from across the country participated and informed the government about the issues and problems of children. Not only this, besides throwing light on the issues of children, the child candidates present in the house also raised questions on the ongoing system and serious problems of society.
During the proceedings of Rule 324 in Vidhansabha Bhawan of Shimla, Pratibha Singh, child MLA from Manali, urged the government to take necessary steps to control the increasing population growth in India. She told that at present India has become the most populous country in the world leaving behind China. And so it is time that the government consider this issue and take some serious steps and implement the population control law.
The purpose of organizing this children’s session by Digital Baal Mela is to increase the political awareness of children and help build strong and aware leaders.
