Navedita Jasta of Shimla reached Himachal Pradesh Vidhansabha Children’s Session.

A question was raised on parking system in the state.

Jaipur. On 12 June, the state witnessed a historic Children’s Session presided over by the Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. For this special session, 68 children were selected from across the country, the process of which lasted for a total of three months. The “Child Representative” was seen raising his voice on child issues at the Vidhansabha Bhawan in Shimla. Navedita, studying in Shimla’s BCS New Shimla, was also selected for this session, in which she was elected as the MLA of the opposition.

Navedit, who was sitting in the opposition, asked the government, “What efforts are being made by the department to end or reduce the increasing parking problem in the state.”

The answer to this question of Nivedita was given by Urban Development Minister, Riza Shaikh.

Navedita had sent her entry to the Digital Baal Mela in which she staked her claim for the Leader of the Opposition in a special “Baal Satra”.

In this session, the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, and the special guest, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman, Mr. Harivansh Narayan Singh, the special feature of this session was that the children played the role of the Chief Minister, Leader-Opposition, Speaker and all the posts and ran the state assembly for a day.
