Sirmour district is situated in the southern part of Himachal Pradesh. Sirmaur district is bordered by Uttarakhand in the east, Haryana in the west and south-west, Solan and Shimla in the north and Haryana and Uttarakhand in the south. Yamuna River and Tons River form the boundary of Sirmaur district with Uttarakhand. Sirmaur has natural beauty in abundance and is a place that leaves every visitor in awe! Yamuna, Giri, Tons, Bata, Jalal, Markanda, Ghaggar rivers flow in Sirmaur.
