When you hear the name radiography, X-ray comes to your mind. X-ray helps us to detect any problem inside the body. It not only helps the doctor but also helps us all. To understand this importance, World Radiography Day is celebrated on 8 November. This day was started in 2012. Let us tell you that on 8 November 1895, a Physics Professor of Warburg University, Germany, discovered X-rays. In the recent beginning, it was not easy to use, the radiographer had to face many difficulties, but currently it detects any disease in the blink of an eye. This day is celebrated as an awareness campaign all over the world. The main objective of celebrating World Radiography Day is to inform people about the benefits of radiography so that diseases can be treated on time. Still in many villages people shy away from using radiography, that is why the death rate is increasing due to new treatments being not available in the villages , hence the main objective of this day is to give information about radiography to the whole world.
Thank you.
