Avinash Gehlot ji was born on 9 December 1981 in Jaitaran, Rajasthan. Avinash ji received BA degree from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer and studied LLB from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. Before coming into politics, Avinash Gehlot also worked as a textile businessman.
From 2010, he started his political career as an official of Bharatiya Janata Party. Gehlot has been associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. In 2010 itself, he also contested the election for the post of Municipality President but he had to face defeat. Due to his activeness in politics, Bharatiya Janata Party gave Gehlot the ticket from Rajasthan Assembly seat Jaitaran, Pali and Gehlot also won. During this time he was seen speaking prominently against the Congress government.
In the Rajasthan Assembly held in 2023, Bharatiya Janata Party again gave him ticket from Jaitaran seat and Avinash Gehlot registered his second consecutive victory. As a result of this, he got the post of cabinet minister in the newly formed Rajasthan government. Avinash Gehlot was given the charge of Social Justice and Empowerment Department.
The Digital Children’s Fair was started by Janhvi Sharma, a student of Maharaja Sawai Mansingh Vidyalaya, Jaipur, to remove the boredom of children during the Corona period. Under this, many campaigns have been organized so far in which “What should be the government of children?” “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch”, “Kaun Banega Loktantra Prahari”, “Museum Through My Eyes” etc. are included.
