Jawahar Singh Bedham was born on 1 September 1968 in Bedham village of Deeg district. Jawahar Singh ji has obtained BA and LLB degrees from Rajasthan University. He first became the District Vice President of BJYM in 1996 and held the post of District Vice President till 1998. After this, Jawahar Singh Bedham was a member of the Panchayat Committee from 1995 to 2000. Was a member of Zilla Parishad from 2000 to 2005. Was the District Vice President of BJP from 2011 to 2016. Was a member of the State Working Committee of BJP from 2012 to 2017. Minister of State Jawahar Singh Bedham has also been the Chairman of Dang Development Board in BJP’s Vasundhara government. Jawahar Singh Bedham had contested elections on BJP ticket from Kaman assembly seat of Bharatpur district in the year 2018. But he had to face defeat in that election. In 2023, BJP created Deeg district from Bharatpur district by the previous Congress government. Jawahar Singh reached the assembly by winning from the city assembly seat of the newly formed Deeg district. Jawahar Singh Bedham ji has been made the Minister of State in the newly formed Rajasthan government and was given the charge of Home Department, Cow Husbandry Department, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department and Fisheries Department.
The Digital Baal Mela was started by Janhvi Sharma, a student of Maharaja Sawai Mansingh Vidyalaya, Jaipur, to remove the boredom of children during the Corona period. Under this, many campaigns have been organized so far in which “What should be the government of children?” “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch”, “Kaun Banega Loktantra Prahari”, “Museum Through My Eyes” etc. are included.
