Jaipur| On Thursday at 4 pm Digital Baal Mela organized Hawala mahal Live Painting Competition. Rajasthan Art and Culture Minister Dr. BD Kalla attended as the chief guest. In this competition, more than 100 children made a live portrait of Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. Along with this, a cultural program was also organized at 7 pm. The minister awarded Akshara Soni, Manya Sharma, and Suhani Saini as the 1st,2nd and 3rd winners of the competition held on May 18. Dr. Kalla says that the initiative of Digital Baal Mela “Museums Through My Eyes” is a wonderful attempt to connect children with art and culture.
During the program, ADMA’s Additional Chief Executive Officer Rajnarayan Sharma shared the experiences of thousands of tourists who came to see the exhibition organized in Hawa Mahal with the Minister. Going ahead, 12-year-old Janhvi Sharma, who is the innovator of Digital Baal Mela, also promised to organize more such events. In the end, Rajasthan Archaeological Department Director Dr. Mahendra Khadgawat thanked the Minister. In this program, a child also presented a portrait to the superintendent of Hawa Mahal, Sarojini Chanchlani.
Before this, Digital Baal Mela had organized an exhibition “Sketches of Museums” at Hawamahal on 6th June. For your information, let us tell you that the Classmate-sponsored exhibition “Shades of Covid” will be organized in Ajmer on July 30. Due to this initiative of Baal Mela, children will share their experiences of the Corona period with the world through colors and will also tell their Stories.
