- Those children, whose age is less than 18 years and who have the zeal to live democracy.
- Those children who have the understanding of solving the problems of their village panchayat.
As a part of this campaign, Digita Baal Mela will be organizing various sessions. These sessions will be attended by renowned leaders and ministers who will converse with the children. The children will be joined through their respective schools, gram panchayats, and gram samitis. There are numerous ways to participate in this campaign – live sessions, quiz sessions, video entries, and debate competitions being a few of them.
