Ajmer| The “Shades of Covid” painting exhibition, sponsored by Classmate and organized by Digital Baal Mela, under the aegis of the Rajasthan Archaeological Department, concluded today. This exhibition, present in Ajmer’s State Museum, was put up for a total of 1 month. Renowned art connoisseurs of Ajmer, Mr. Ram Jaiswal, and Sanjay Kumar Sethi were present as special guests at the closing ceremony. He presented gift hampers of classmates to some of the children who made paintings after seeing the entire exhibition, as well as a cash prize of Rs 11,000 to 18-year-old Radhika Vyas, winner of the Hawamahal Live Painting Competition.
It is worth mentioning that on the occasion of closing, Digital Bal Mela and Classmate also organized a live painting competition for the children. In which more than 125 children from more than 35 schools of Ajmer participated. Children aged 6-18 years participated in this competition and did live paintings of Maharaja Prithviraj Chauhan’s mannequin in the state museum. All the children used colors or just pencils according to their creativity. This live painting competition was highly appreciated by the distinguished guests and they gave their best wishes to the children.
The winning child in this live painting competition will be given a reward of Rs 11,000 from Digital Baal Mela. For your information, let us tell you that the ‘Shades of Covid’ exhibition is an initiative of Digital Baal Mela, through which the creativity of children is being brought to the world. This exhibition was organized in Jaipur before Ajmer and now some other prominent cities of Rajasthan will become the venue of this exhibition.
