This past Saturday, more than 400 children took part in Baal Panchayat organised in Rajawas village of Jaipur, which is a record.
Jaipur. After the official launch of Digital Baal Mela’s innovative campaign “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” on 2nd October, this campaign reached Rajawas village of Jaipur on 8th October. On this occasion, a “Baal Panchayat” was also organised for children, in which, village Sarpanch Minakshi Meena attended as the chief guest. More than 400 children participated in this Baal Panchayat, which is a new record of attendance.
What is the significance of this record?
It is not even a month since the official launch of “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign. Therefore, involvement of more than 400 children in the second official Baal Panchayat itself is a good and positive sign. It is clear from this that children are also enthusiastic about this innovative campaign, which will also increase their interest in the Panchayati Raj system. This will help in preparing future representatives at the Panchayat level in the country and strengthen the democratic system.
