An innovative campaign for children called “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” by Digital Baal Mela has officially been launched on 2nd October 2022. This campaign, which started from Nagaur, will soon reach the entire state. Tomorrow, on 29th October, this campaign will reach Rarah village of Bharatpur.
Jaipur. Digital Baal Mela’s innovative and educative campaign “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” has officially been launched on 2nd October 2022. Due to the beginning of Panchayati Raj from Nagaur, this campaign was also started from Barangana village of Nagaur. From there, this campaign was taken to Rajawas village of Jaipur on 8th October, Kajra village of Jhunjhunu on 15th October and Rangaisar village of Churu on 17th October. Now tomorrow, on 29th October, this campaign will arrive in Rarah village of Bharatpur.

Sarpanch of Rarah Kusum Singh will attend the program as chief guest under “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign in Rarah on 29th October.

“Baal Panchayat” will be organized
Under “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign, a “Baal Panchayat” will also be organised in Rarah village. In this Panchayat organised for children, along with giving information about the Panchayati Raj system to them, information about the functions, rights, functioning of Gram Panchayat etc will be given as well. Children will get an opportunity to express their views about the problems of their area and their solutions in this Baal Panchayat. They will also get an opportunity to tell that if they become Sarpanch in future, how will they work and what changes they will try to bring in the village. Not only this, a “Baal Sarpanch” competition will also be organised for these children. In this, “Baal Sarpanch” will be elected on the basis of live voting by children present in this Baal Panchayat. With this process, children will get to know about voting and their interest in this field will also increase. “Baal Sarpanch”, chosen by children, will also be given an opportunity to sit in the subsequent Panchayats and attend the state level program of Digital Baal Mela.
