Jaipur| A state-level program will be organized soon under the “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign. 30 children selected in “Baal Panchayats” organized in 7 divisions of Rajasthan will participate in this program. These are the children who have got the votes of their child peers. Today, through this article, we will tell you who the 10 Baal Panchs of Rajasthan are and from which Gram Panchayat they come. For your information, let us tell you that these children have been selected through the voting ballot process. Which was done in Gram Panchayat ‘s in Digital Baal Mela and in “Baal Panchayat” organized by UNICEF. These Baal Panchs have been elected by more than 5000 children of their respective villages. These children stood third in the voting.
It is worth mentioning that under the “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign, we are trying to increase children’s participation in gram panchayats. Children should be a part of Gram Sabhas, be given a chance to assert their voice, and know the Panchayati Raj system completely. Activism and participation through education is the aim of this campaign.
