Child representatives visited Jaipur’s Famous Albert Hall Museum..

Jaipur: Children visited the Albert Hall Museum in Jaipur during the “three-day Baal Sarpanch” session organized by Digital Baal Mela in Jaipur. Here the children were introduced to the world’s ancient art, weapons and costumes. The children expressed their happiness seeing all this. In this tour, the child representatives carefully looked at all the antiques kept in the Albert Hall Museum and got to know about them, as well as satiated their curiosity by asking questions related to them.
It is worth mentioning that on the second day of the “Three-day Baal Sarpanch” convention, the children took an educational tour to Jaipur, during which they also visited the Albert Hall Museum. It is noteworthy that the children also visited the Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Institute and the Rajasthan Vidhansabha during this period.
Digital Baal Mela is an initiative that was started on 14th of November 2020 by Janhavi Sharma, a Class 6 student of Maharaja Sawai Mansingh Vidyalaya, Jaipur, to bring the creativity of children to the world during the Corona period. In the first season of Digital Baal Mela, 10 different types of competitions were organized, while in the second season, the historical assembly “Baal Satra” was organized.
Digital Baal Mela started the “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign on 15 August 2022, under which 10 Baal Panchayats were organized in all the seven divisions of Rajasthan. In these Baal panchayats, the children were told about the nuances of Panchayati Raj, and three “child representatives” were elected through live voting. These are the same child representatives who participated in this three-day Baal Sartpanch convention held in Jaipur.
