Jaipur: On the first day of the “Baal Sarpanch” convention held from 25 to 27 December, Dr. Anand Poddar, Chairman, Poddar Group of Education addressed the children. Dr. Poddar told the children how they can work on their skill development and how the means of employment come out of skill development. He also said that children have to understand their role so that they can contribute in the development of the country.
He explained the purpose of this three-day convention. Along with this, he advised the children – “Children should study the Panchayat Raj system completely and bring its flaws to the fore through Digital Baal Mela.” Addressing the children, Mr. Poddar told that it is very important for children to be creative and innovative as it is helpful in every field.
Advising children to have a positive attitude, Dr. Poddar said that children should always keep learning. Suggesting children to perfect their communication skills, Mr. Poddar said – “Communication can teach a lot to children. He also told the children about different ways of communication. Mr. Poddar also shared several anecdotes and stories to make the children understand the importance of their participation. In the end, he advised the children to adopt the lessons learned from those stories in their lives.
Under the Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch campaign, a three-day “Baal Sarpanch” convention was organized in which the child representatives elected in the “Baal Panchayats” organized in all the seven divisions of Rajasthan participated. In this session, where the children interacted directly with the veterans of different fields, they also went on an educational tour of Jaipur.
