Jaipur| Akbar’s palace and museum are located near Ajmer railway station. It houses a splendid collection of rare items such as sculptures, paintings, and other artifacts from the Mughal period. Here you will find the finest examples of Mughal and Rajput armaments on exhibition. This palace was built by Emperor Akbar in the year 1570. This palace served as his harbor during his visit to Ajmer. This palace is not gigantic but strong enough to withstand every attack of the enemy.
The Palace Museum not only houses a lavish collection of arms and armor but also has some of the most exclusive stone sculptures for visitors to admire.
