Bharatiya Janata Party’s candidate from Rajsamand Lok Sabha seat, Mahima Visheshwar Singh, was born on 22 July 1972 in Varanasi. Mahima studied in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. she also went to Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Mahima earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. Her father was former King Jagdish Prasad Singh Dev. Mahima got married in 1997 to Vishweshwar Singh Mewar, a descendant of Maharana Pratap, who is currently the MLA from Nathdwara. Mahima, a member of the royal family, is active in social activities instead of politics, but now she is going to start her political inning in 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Although Mahima belongs to the former royal family of Panchkot in West Bengal, but spenther childhoodin Varanasi. During her childhood, she lived in Varanasi with her mother. Mahima’s maternal uncle is MP from Satna seat of Madhya Pradesh. Her Cousin brother is currently an MLA from Madhya Pradesh and her aunt is an MP from Tehri-Garhwal.
