Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch: Nagaur’s Baal Panchayat leader Lalita Babal addressed about the role of children in “Baal Mitra Panchayat”

Digital Baal Mela’s innovative campaign “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” has officially launched from Barangana, Nagaur on Sunday, 2nd October. On this occasion, Baal Panchayat leader Lalita Babal from Nagaur district was also present there and addressed the program as well.

Jaipur. Panchayati Raj was first implemented on 2nd October 1959 in Nagaur district of Rajasthan. Exactly 63 years after this, once again a historic beginning took place on the land of Nagaur. An innovative campaign of Digital Baal Mela called “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” has officially launched from Barangana, Nagaur on 2nd October. Lalita Babal, resident of Manana Panchayat of Makrana, Nagaur, was also present on this occasion, who is also the Baal Panchayat District Leader from Nagaur under the “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign. Lalita Babal also addressed everyone about this campaign in this program.

What did Lalita Babal say?

Welcoming all the people present in this program on the occasion of the launch of “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign, Lalita Babal told that when the children were confined to their homes when corona started, she learned about Digital Baal Mela’s “Bachchon ki Sarkar kaisi ho” campaign and sent her video for it. After the entry, several online sessions took place under this campaign, in which Lalita got a chance to interact with ministers and other officials. Under this campaign, Lalita also got an opportunity to attend “Bachchon Ki Vidhan Sabha” session in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, where she raised the issue of child marriage. Along with this, Lalita also told about things like how to become a “Baal Sarpanch”, who can become one, how to increase the participation of children in the Gram Panchayat and the role of children in making the Panchayat a “Baal Mitra Panchayat”.
