Soon the provision of 10 minutes of Yoga will be introduced in all the schools of Himachal Pradesh.

Jaipur| On June 12, a “Baal Satra” was organized in the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Bhawan. In this special session, 68 child MLAs selected from across India ran the House for one day by following the procedure of Question Hour and Rule 324 of the Vidhansabha. The proceedings of the Question Hour were conducted by Child Speaker Lavish Negi, and during the proceedings of Rule 324, Child Deputy Speaker Raghav Kalla took command of the House.
The first suggestion under rule 324 was given by the party’s legislator and and selected candidate from Karsog , Ikshita. She suggested, to prevent the problem of increasing stress and hypertension in children after Corona, the government must bring a provision for 10 minutes of yoga/meditation in schools daily.In her proposal which lasted for 2.5 minutes, she said that if this provision of yoga/meditation is implemented in schools at the time of prayer, then the coming generation will be able to withstand the pressure they face. Not only this, this provision should be applicable to government as well as private schools likewise .
Janhvi Sharma of Digital Baal Mela told that when Ikshita was presenting her suggestion in the House, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Sukhwinder Singh, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Mr. Harivansh and Assembly Speaker Mr. Kuldeep Singh Pathania were sitting on the dais. In his address, the Chief Minister in the session emphasized on this suggestion, and said that the government and education department will bring provision for yoga/meditation in all the schools as soon as possible.
