Rural children got to interact with Panchayati Raj Minister of Rajasthan on occasion of International Children’s Day

A day before the International Children’s Day, 50 rural children from Jaipur got a good opportunity to interact directly with Rajasthan’s Panchayati Raj Minister Ramesh Chand Meena.

Jaipur. 20th November is celebrated worldwide as International Children’s Day. Keeping this in mind, Digital Baal Mela, an organisation that organises many creative programs for children, organised an educational program from 9:30 am today on 19th November at Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj and Gramin Vikas Sansthan, located on JLN Marg, Jaipur. . In this program, Panchayati Raj Minister in the Government of Rajasthan, Ramesh Chand Meena attended as chief guest and interacted directly with 50 rural children from Rajawas and Jairampura, including both Baal Sarpanches.

Children got a chance to express their views

This program of Digital Baal Mela took place on the lines of ‘Baal Panchayat’ organised under ‘Main Bhi Bal Sarpanch’ campaign, which was started some time back. There could not have been a better option than organising this program for children in the format of a Panchayat with the Minister of Panchayati Raj. In this program, children discussed the issues, problems and their suggestions of their villages in front of Panchayati Raj Minister Ramesh Chand Meena. Not only this, the Panchayati Raj Minister also gave his opinion on children’s suggestions and answers to their questions. Not only this, Panchayati Raj Minister also addressed these children about other important matters and called this program commendable. There was a drama performance on three-tier Panchayati Raj System.
