Digital Baal Mela in association with UNICEF has started a unique campaign for children named “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch”. In this campaign, Digital Baal Mela will work to make the children of Rajasthan villages aware about the Panchayati Raj system. Along with this, they will also be told about the schemes made for the children at the Panchayat level.
Jaipur. The Panchayati Raj system was established to run the governance system properly in the villages of India. In this system, along with adult participation, child participation should also be taken into consideration. To ensure the child participation, Digital Baal Mela and UNICEF have jointly started “Main Bhi Baal Sarpanch” campaign for the children of the villages of Rajasthan. Through this campaign, Digital Baal Mela will work to make the children of Rajasthan villages aware about the Panchayati Raj system. Child participation plays an important role in the success of Panchayati Raj. Keeping this in mind, many schemes for children are also implemented at the Panchayati level.
