Answer- The fundamental rights are mentioned in Part-3 of the Indian Constitution. Fundamental rights include Article 12 to article 35.
This Quiz competition is a part of the campaign Baccho ki Sarkar Kaisi Ho organized by Digital Baal Mela. As per the DBM Guideline, 2 children will be selected for the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Children’s Session from all the children participating in this quiz competition. It is important to note that answers will be valid only if they are given within one hour of the quiz being live.
Under this campaign , a special Children’s Session will be organized in the Himachal Pradesh Assembly on 12th June. HP Speaker Mr. Kuldeep Singh Pathania has given this big opportunity to the children. Children are being made aware of politics and democratic functioning under this campaign. A total of 68 children from across the country will participate in the Shimla Children’s Session. They will get the chance to put forward the problems of children in front of the government.
Significantly, under the campaign-Bacchon Ki Sarkar Kaisi Ho- Interactive online sessions have also been started. In these sessions, children are getting a chance to interact directly with the eminent political leaders of the country.
