Answer- The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly was held on 9 December 1946. It was held in the Constitution Hall of Delhi , now known as the Central Hall of the Parliament House.
This question has been asked in Quiz number 18 by Digital Baal Mela under its campaign -“Baccho ki Sarkar Kaisi Ho?” Under this campaign a total of 100 questions will be asked from the children .
