Question- Where did the “Quit India” movement start?
Answer- The Quit India movement was started by Mahatma Gandhi from Mumbai session. And the foundation of this movement was laid on 9th August, 1942.
This question has been asked in quiz number 23 by Digital Baal Mela under its campaign Bacchon ki Sarkar Kaisi Ho? Under the campaign, a question related to Indian politics is asked to the children every day at 4 pm on the Facebook page of Digital Baal Mela. Out of all the children giving correct answers, two children will be selected for the Special Children’s session at Himachal Pradesh Vidhansabha on June 12.
In the history of India, Himachal Pradesh will be the second state in which a children’s session will be organized. This big opportunity has been given by HP Speaker Mr. Kuldeep Singh Pathania. Children are being made aware of Indian politics under this campaign. 68 children from all over the country will participate in the Shimla Children’s Session and will put forward their problems to the government.
