Jaipur | Digital Baal Mela and the Rajasthan Education Department has started a new campaign on the occasion of National Voters Day on January 25 ‘Kaun Banega Loktantra Prahari’ . Under this campaign “Voting awareness week” has been initiated to increase the awareness of children towards elections and voting. Children are being made aware about the different types of elections held in India, the state of Rajasthan and the Panchayat Raj system.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the lowest voter turnout took place in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, only 29.39% people voted in this state.
