The United Nations celebrates “International Family Day” every year on 15 May to remind us of the importance of families.
This day was started so that every person can understand the importance of family in his life and take a day to express his gratitude to them, because it is the family which is the foundation of the society.
In today’s world, most of the people live away from their home and family. When such people are asked about the most beautiful days of their life, they say that the initial years of their life are the best.
While they used to live with their families, it is our family which should be most important in our lives and that is why International Family Day should be celebrated to constantly remember their importance.
Theme of International Day of Families for the year 2024:- “Embracing diversity, strengthening families”.
The family started with primitive man and its importance remains the same even today.
Much as it used to be thousands of years ago, however, some people still appear to be different from this. And do not give importance to family in their life.
In the year 1994, the United Nations started understanding the importance of families among the people and since then every year on 15th this day started being celebrated as International Family Day.
This is a competition organized by Digital Baal Mela to increase the writing ability in children. Every month the child who sends the best article is awarded the title ‘Writer of the Month’ and the winner is given an amount of ₹ 1100. We organize this competition every month, the information on which topics you have to write articles is given by Digital Baal Mela at the end of every month.
